30-45 minutes
from your telephone call and we can pick-up your consignments
on
Sundays & Holidays as per your request and prior
intimation.
2> PACKING FACILITY : If Require, We can pack your
consignments.
3> SEND THE MATERIAL FROM THE INDIAN HUB TO EUROPEAN/U.S.A.HUB
DIRECTLY: We send our material from Indian Hub to
U.K./GERMANY/
U.S.A./HONGKONG hub directly.
4> DELIVERY SCHEDULE :We have introduced a system
for the delivery
of your time sensitive consignments which has enabled
us to
achieve 48-72hrs.transit time for London/Frankfurt/New
York and
72-96hrs transit time for rest of U.K./Germany and
other major
destinations of Europe/U.S.A./Middle East & South
East Asia under
normal circumstances. In that case cut off time will
be 3:30PM.
Please also consider weekends(Sat/Sun), national &
international
holidays, flight delay & cancellation and customs
regulations.
5> P.O.D.FEED BACK : You can check your delivery
status report
from our website or our customer service officers
will inform you
the same according to your advise.
6>INCOMING LOAD : We can bring your consignments
from
GERMANY/U.K/BELGIUM/FRANCE/NETHERLAND/U.S.A./HONGKONG/U.A.E
as per
your request.
7> C.O.D. : We can deliver your consignments as
Charge On
Delivery basis (consignee will pay the courier charges)
only
for U.S.A./U.K./Germany/ Belgium/ France/ Netherlands/
Hongkong.
